“परन्तु हम ने संसार की आत्मा नहीं, परन्तु वह आत्मा पाया है, जो परमेश्वर की ओर से है, कि हम उन बातों को जानें, जो परमेश्वर ने हमें दी हैं।”
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.”
6. सो जैसे तुम ने मसीह यीशु को प्रभु करके ग्रहण कर लिया है, वैसे ही उसी में चलते रहो।
7. और उसी में जड़ पकड़ते और बढ़ते जाओ; और जैसे तुम सिखाए गए वैसे ही विश्वास में दृढ़ होते जाओ, और अत्यन्त धन्यवाद करते रहो॥
8. चौकस रहो कि कोई तुम्हें उस तत्व-ज्ञान और व्यर्थ धोखे के द्वारा अहेर न करे ले, जो मनुष्यों के परम्पराई मत और संसार की आदि शिक्षा के अनुसार हैं, पर मसीह के अनुसार नहीं।
9. क्योंकि उस में ईश्वरत्व की सारी परिपूर्णता सदेह वास करती है।
10. और तुम उसी में भरपूर हो गए हो जो सारी प्रधानता और अधिकार का शिरोमणि है।
6. As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
7. Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
8. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.
पाठ उपदेश
5 जैसा मसीह यीशु का स्वभाव था वैसा ही तुम्हारा भी स्वभाव हो।
12 इस कारण, मेरे प्यारो, जिस प्रकार तुम सदा से आज्ञा मानते आए हो, वैसे ही अब भी न केवल मेरे साथ रहते हुए पर विशेष करके अब मेरे दूर रहने पर भी डरते और कांपते हुए अपने अपने उद्धार का कार्य पूरा करते जाओ।
13 क्योंकि परमेश्वर ही है, जिस न अपनी सुइच्छा निमित्त तुम्हारे मन में इच्छा और काम, दोनों बातों के करने का प्रभाव डाला है।
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
1 हेरोदेस राजा के दिनों में जब यहूदिया के बैतलहम में यीशु का जन्म हुआ,
1 Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judæa in the days of Herod the king,
40 और बालक बढ़ता, और बलवन्त होता, और बुद्धि से परिपूर्ण होता गया; और परमेश्वर का अनुग्रह उस पर था।
41 उसके माता-पिता प्रति वर्ष फसह के पर्व में यरूशलेम को जाया करते थे।
42 जब वह बारह वर्ष का हुआ, तो वे पर्व की रीति के अनुसार यरूशलेम को गए।
43 और जब वे उन दिनों को पूरा करके लौटने लगे, तो वह लड़का यीशु यरूशलेम में रह गया; और यह उसके माता-पिता नहीं जानते थे।

47 और जितने उस की सुन रहे थे, वे सब उस की समझ और उसके उत्तरों से चकित थे।
52 और यीशु बुद्धि और डील-डौल में और परमेश्वर और मनुष्यों के अनुग्रह में बढ़ता गया॥
40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover.
42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.
43 And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it.
46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.
47 And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.
52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
1 जब यीशु अपने बारह चेलों को आज्ञा दे चुका, तो वह उन के नगरों में उपदेश और प्रचार करने को वहां से चला गया॥
1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.
22 तब लोग एक अन्धे-गूंगे को जिस में दुष्टात्मा थी, उसके पास लाए; और उस ने उसे अच्छा किया; और वह गूंगा बोलने और देखने लगा।
23 इस पर सब लोग चकित होकर कहने लगे, यह क्या दाऊद की सन्तान का है?
24 परन्तु फरीसियों ने यह सुनकर कहा, यह तो दुष्टात्माओं के सरदार शैतान की सहायता के बिना दुष्टात्माओं को नहीं निकालता।
25 उस ने उन के मन की बात जानकर उन से कहा; जिस किसी राज्य में फूट होती है, वह उजड़ जाता है, और कोई नगर या घराना जिस में फूट होती है, बना न रहेगा।
26 और यदि शैतान ही शैतान को निकाले, तो वह अपना ही विरोधी हो गया है; फिर उसका राज्य क्योंकर बना रहेगा?
27 भला, यदि मैं शैतान की सहायता से दुष्टात्माओं को निकालता हूं, तो तुम्हारे वंश किस की सहायता से निकालते हैं? इसलिये वे ही तुम्हारा न्याय चुकाएंगे।
28 पर यदि मैं परमेश्वर के आत्मा की सहायता से दुष्टात्माओं को निकालता हूं, तो परमेश्वर का राज्य तुम्हारे पास आ पहुंचा है।
22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?
24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:
26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.
28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
22 फिर एक दिन वह और उसके चेले नाव पर चढ़े, और उस ने उन से कहा; कि आओ, झील के पार चलें: सो उन्होंने नाव खोल दी।
26 फिर वे गिरासेनियों के देश में पहुंचे, जो उस पार गलील के साम्हने है।
27 जब वह किनारे पर उतरा, तो उस नगर का एक मनुष्य उसे मिला, जिस में दुष्टात्माएं थीं और बहुत दिनों से न कपड़े पहिनता था और न घर में रहता था वरन कब्रों में रहा करता था।
28 वह यीशु को देखकर चिल्लाया, और उसके साम्हने गिरकर ऊंचे शब्द से कहा; हे परम प्रधान परमेश्वर के पुत्र यीशु, मुझे तुझ से क्या काम! मैं तेरी बिनती करता हूं, मुझे पीड़ा न दे!
29 कि वह उस अशुद्ध आत्मा को उस मनुष्य में से निकलने की आज्ञा दे रहा था, इसलिये कि वह उस पर बार बार प्रबल होती थी; और यद्यपि लोग उसे सांकलों और बेडिय़ों से बांधते थे, तौभी वह बन्धनों को तोड़ डालता था, और दुष्टात्मा उसे जंगल में भगाये फिरती थी।
30 यीशु ने उस से पूछा; तेरा क्या नाम है? उसने कहा, सेना; क्योंकि बहुत दुष्टात्माएं उसमें पैठ गईं थीं।
31 और उन्होंने उस से बिनती की, कि हमें अथाह गड़हे में जाने की आज्ञा न दे।
32 वहां पहाड़ पर सूअरों का एक बड़ा झुण्ड चर रहा था, सो उन्होंने उस से बिनती की, कि हमें उन में पैठने दे, सो उस ने उन्हें जाने दिया।
33 तब दुष्टात्माएं उस मनुष्य से निकल कर सूअरों में गईं और वह झुण्ड कड़ाडे पर से झपटकर झील में जा गिरा और डूब मरा।
34 चरवाहे यह जो हुआ था देखकर भागे, और नगर में, और गांवों में जाकर उसका समाचार कहा।
35 और लोग यह जो हुआ था उसके देखने को निकले, और यीशु के पास आकर जिस मनुष्य से दुष्टात्माएं निकली थीं, उसे यीशु के पांवों के पास कपड़े पहिने और सचेत बैठे हुए पाकर डर गए।
22 Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples:
26 And they arrived at the country of the Gadarenes, which is over against Galilee.
27 And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs.
28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.
29 (For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For oftentimes it had caught him: and he was kept bound with chains and in fetters; and he brake the bands, and was driven of the devil into the wilderness.)
30 And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.
31 And they besought him that he would not command them to go out into the deep.
32 And there was there an herd of many swine feeding on the mountain: and they besought him that he would suffer them to enter into them. And he suffered them.
33 Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked.
34 When they that fed them saw what was done, they fled, and went and told it in the city and in the country.
35 Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind:
1 सो अब जो मसीह यीशु में हैं, उन पर दण्ड की आज्ञा नहीं: क्योंकि वे शरीर के अनुसार नहीं वरन आत्मा के अनुसार चलते हैं।
2 क्योंकि जीवन की आत्मा की व्यवस्था ने मसीह यीशु में मुझे पाप की, और मृत्यु की व्यवस्था से स्वतंत्र कर दिया।
3 क्योंकि जो काम व्यवस्था शरीर के कारण दुर्बल होकर न कर सकी, उस को परमेश्वर ने किया, अर्थात अपने ही पुत्र को पापमय शरीर की समानता में, और पाप के बलिदान होने के लिये भेजकर, शरीर में पाप पर दण्ड की आज्ञा दी।
4 इसलिये कि व्यवस्था की विधि हम में जो शरीर के अनुसार नहीं वरन आत्मा के अनुसार चलते हैं, पूरी की जाए।
5 क्योंकि शरीरिक व्यक्ति शरीर की बातों पर मन लगाते हैं; परन्तु आध्यात्मिक आत्मा की बातों पर मन लगाते हैं।
6 शरीर पर मन लगाना तो मृत्यु है, परन्तु आत्मा पर मन लगाना जीवन और शान्ति है।
7 क्योंकि शरीर पर मन लगाना तो परमेश्वर से बैर रखना है, क्योंकि न तो परमेश्वर की व्यवस्था के आधीन है, और न हो सकता है।
11 लेकिन यदि उसी का आत्मा जिस ने यीशु को मरे हुओं में से जिलाया तुम में बसा हुआ है; तो जिस ने मसीह को मरे हुओं में से जिलाया, वह तुम्हारी मरनहार देहों को भी अपने आत्मा के द्वारा जो तुम में बसा हुआ है जिलाएगा।
14 इसलिये कि जितने लोग परमेश्वर के आत्मा के चलाए चलते हैं, वे ही परमेश्वर के पुत्र हैं।
15 क्योंकि तुम को दासत्व की आत्मा नहीं मिली, कि फिर भयभीत हो परन्तु लेपालकपन की आत्मा मिली है, जिस से हम हे अब्बा, हे पिता कह कर पुकारते हैं।
16 आत्मा आप ही हमारी आत्मा के साथ गवाही देता है, कि हम परमेश्वर की सन्तान हैं।
17 और यदि सन्तान हैं, तो वारिस भी, वरन परमेश्वर के वारिस और मसीह के संगी वारिस हैं॥
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh.
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ;
मन। केवल मैं, या हम; एकमात्र आत्मा, जीवन, दिव्य सिद्धांत, पदार्थ, जीवन, सत्य, प्रेम; एक ईश्वर; वह नहीं जो मनुष्य में है, लेकिन ईश्वरीय सिद्धांत या ईश्वर, किसका मनुष्य पूर्ण और परिपूर्ण अभिव्यक्ति है;
Mind. The only I, or Us; the only Spirit, Soul, divine Principle, substance, Life, Truth, Love; the one God; not that which is in man, but the divine Principle, or God, of whom man is the full and perfect expression;
अनंत मन ही बनाने वाला है, और रचना इस मन से निकलने वाली अनंत छवि या विचार है। अगर मन सभी चीज़ों के अंदर और बाहर है, तो सब कुछ मन ही है; और यह परिभाषा वैज्ञानिक है।
Infinite Mind is the creator, and creation is the infinite image or idea emanating from this Mind. If Mind is within and without all things, then all is Mind; and this definition is scientific.

The Science of being reveals man as perfect, even as the Father is perfect, because the Soul, or Mind, of the spiritual man is God, the divine Principle of all being, and because this real man is governed by Soul instead of sense, by the law of Spirit, not by the so-called laws of matter.

The universe of Spirit reflects the creative power of the divine Principle, or Life, which reproduces the multitudinous forms of Mind and governs the multiplication of the compound idea man. The tree and herb do not yield fruit because of any propagating power of their own, but because they reflect the Mind which includes all. A material world implies a mortal mind and man a creator. The scientific divine creation declares immortal Mind and the universe created by God.
Infinite Mind creates and governs all, from the mental molecule to infinity. This divine Principle of all expresses Science and art throughout His creation, and the immortality of man and the universe. Creation is ever appearing, and must ever continue to appear from the nature of its inexhaustible source. Mortal sense inverts this appearing and calls ideas material. Thus misinterpreted, the divine idea seems to fall to the level of a human or material belief, called mortal man. But the seed is in itself, only as the divine Mind is All and reproduces all — as Mind is the multiplier, and Mind's infinite idea, man and the universe, is the product. The only intelligence or substance of a thought, a seed, or a flower is God, the creator of it. Mind is the Soul of all. Mind is Life, Truth, and Love which governs all.

False and self-assertive theories have given sinners the notion that they can create what God cannot, — namely, sinful mortals in God's image, thus usurping the name without the nature of the image or reflection of divine Mind; but in Science it can never be said that man has a mind of his own, distinct from God, the all Mind.

The understanding that the Ego is Mind, and that there is but one Mind or intelligence, begins at once to destroy the errors of mortal sense and to supply the truth of immortal sense. This understanding makes the body harmonious; it makes the nerves, bones, brain, etc., servants, instead of masters. If man is governed by the law of divine Mind, his body is in submission to everlasting Life and Truth and Love.

Every function of the real man is governed by the divine Mind. The human mind has no power to kill or to cure, and it has no control over God's man. The divine Mind that made man maintains His own image and likeness. The human mind is opposed to God and must be put off, as St. Paul declares. All that really exists is the divine Mind and its idea, and in this Mind the entire being is found harmonious and eternal. The straight and narrow way is to see and acknowledge this fact, yield to this power, and follow the leadings of truth.

Evil thoughts and aims reach no farther and do no more harm than one's belief permits. Evil thoughts, lusts, and malicious purposes cannot go forth, like wandering pollen, from one human mind to another, finding unsuspected lodgment, if virtue and truth build a strong defence.
जब मनुष्य ईश्वर द्वारा शासित होता है, सभी चीजों को समझने वाला वर्तमान मन मनुष्य जानता है कि भगवान के साथ सभी चीजें संभव हैं। इस जीवित सत्य का एकमात्र तरीका, जो बीमारों को चंगा करता है, ईश्वरीय मन के विज्ञान में पाया जाता है जैसा कि मसीह यीशु ने सिखाया और प्रदर्शित किया है।
When man is governed by God, the ever-present Mind who understands all things, man knows that with God all things are possible. The only way to this living Truth, which heals the sick, is found in the Science of divine Mind as taught and demonstrated by Christ Jesus.
मन ही सबसे बड़ा बनाने वाला है, और मन से मिली शक्ति के अलावा कोई शक्ति नहीं हो सकती। अगर मन समय के हिसाब से सबसे पहले था, शायद सबसे पहले है, और हमेशा सबसे पहले रहना ही चाहिए, तो मन को

Mind is the grand creator, and there can be no power except that which is derived from Mind. If Mind was first chronologically, is first potentially, and must be first eternally, then give to Mind the glory, honor, dominion, and power everlastingly due its holy name. Inferior and unspiritual methods of healing may try to make Mind and drugs coalesce, but the two will not mingle scientifically. Why should we wish to make them do so, since no good can come of it?
If Mind is foremost and superior, let us rely upon Mind, which needs no cooperation from lower powers, even if these so-called powers are real.
